Since our founding in 2017, SCS has provided high-quality market research services to utility industry clients for both qualitative and quantitative projects. As a professional services firm, we manage and conduct in-person interviews of both residential and commercial customers to better understand customer experiences. We offer regional coverage in Northern California using the most up-to-date technologies. For qualitative projects we have our own internal data gathering infrastructure including videoconferencing, video streaming and online live results viewing. We maintain a region wide network of experienced interviewers for all types of projects and data collection requirements.
